Join us on the first Tuesday of every month from 10.30am – 12.00pm at the Community Garden, Hazel Avenue, GU1 1NR.

Spending time outdoors is a good way to keep your mind and body active and boost your happiness levels. Come along to the community gardening group to help maintain the beautiful Hazel Avenue site. Absolutely no gardening experience needed and all ages welcome. You’ll meet new people, have some fun and hopefully leave feeling calmer.

We’ll be there, whatever the weather!

We offer two programmes to help parents and carers deal with the challenges of family life and create a calmer, happier environment. The Parenting Puzzle and the Nurturing Programme are tried and tested support programmes to help us think about what we do, why we do it and how it makes us feel.

The Parenting Puzzle programme is a 4-week online course. You can read more details here.

Before starting the Parenting Puzzle, we ask you to watch some foundation videos with top parenting tips. You can view those here.

The Nurturing Programme is a 10-week group course which takes place face to face. You can read how it’s helped other parents here.

You can also speak to our team on 01483 510570 for more details.

Welcome to the World is a course for expectant parents to discuss the transition into parenting and share concerns. One of our recent parents said, ‘If understanding and knowledge is power then this course definitely empowers parents to get it right from the very beginning.’
