Room Hire

Guildford Nursery School and Family Centre can host events for 1 to 100 people. We are a perfect venue for:

  • Conferences and meetings
  • Training and away days
  • Exhibitions and fairs
  • Clubs and classes
  • An alternative space for WFH

Our rooms can be set out in a variety of layouts to suit your needs.

Our room hire is affordable with free parking on-site or nearby and accessible secure entry. We also offer catering services from simple refreshments to a full buffet lunch.

  • The centre is accessible for wheelchair users or less-able bodied with a lift service to first floor.
  • Flip charts and stationery are provided.
  • Free Wifi in all rooms.

Conference Hall at Hazel Avenue

Located on the ground floor, this is a large, flexible open space. It has a capacity of approximately 100 and is equipped with audio visual equipment including projector and screen.

£34.00 per hour

Training Room at Hazel Avenue

Located on the first floor, this room is perfect for smaller meetings, training sessions and conferences and can facilitate a maximum of 20. It is equipped with audio visual equipment including projector, screen and a Logitech meeting camera, ideal for holding webinars and online meetings.

Meeting Room at Hazel Avenue

Located on the ground floor with easy access to all facilities, it is perfect for a small meeting and has a small private garden area. The room can accommodate a maximum of 6

Family Centre Room at Hazel Avenue

A standalone building within the grounds, it is perfect for smaller training sessions and therapy groups. The room has a dividing screen that can be used to separate the room.

A standalone building within the grounds, it is perfect for small meetings for 4 to 6 people.

Community Room at The Spinney

Located at the front of the building next to the Reception area, this room can facilitate up to 25 people. It is equipped with audio visual equipment including screen, ideal for holding webinars and online meetings. The room includes a small kitchen.

The Play & Learn Room at The Spinney

Located at the rear of the building with access to the Family Centre garden. This room can accommodate approximately 10-15 adults, or 10 adults with children. The room is equipped with toys and books appropriate for children up to 5 years old. The room includes a small kitchen.
